The Hermitage Team took on the Lemont Block project in 2019, a few months before a global pandemic shook up the entire world for a few long years. Thankfully, Hermitage was able to overcome these additional obstacles and take the years of 2020-2021-2022 to complete a full top to bottom restoration.
